We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, purchase a product or membership, book Mabongi for an event, contact support, participate in community spaces, or submit a story or enquiry.

This includes identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, profile photo, and any content you upload (testimonies, images, files, messages).

We also collect technical information automatically when you use the Platform, including IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.

We use your information to: provide and personalise the Platform; process purchases, memberships, and bookings; deliver coaching, courses, and digital products; communicate with you about your account and orders; respond to support requests; improve the Platform; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. The providers handle card data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards and their own privacy policies.

We retain transaction metadata (such as amount, currency, date, and last four digits) for accounting, fraud prevention, and tax purposes.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Platform, and measure how it is used.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, update, port, restrict, or delete your personal information; to object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
