Terms of Service

Mabongi+ (the “Platform”) is operated by Mabongi Ministries (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. Where reasonable we will provide advance notice of material changes.

Mabongi+ memberships grant access to selected courses, coaching content, community spaces, and member-only resources for the duration of an active subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.

We may add, remove, or modify membership benefits from time to time. Material changes affecting paid benefits will be communicated in advance.

Coaching programs are offered as cohort-based or one-to-one engagements with defined start and end dates, deliverables, and scheduling commitments.

Coaching is provided for personal and professional development. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Outcomes depend on participation and individual circumstances and are not guaranteed.

Missed sessions will be rescheduled at our discretion based on availability. Repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of the affected session without refund.

Courses are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not record, redistribute, or republish any course material without our written consent.

Course access continues for the period stated at purchase. Where no period is stated, access continues for as long as the course remains available on the Platform.

Certificates of completion (where offered) are issued automatically once eligibility criteria are met.

Digital products include audio, video, written, and visual materials made available for download or streaming on the Platform.

Each digital product is licensed to a single user for personal use. Commercial use, public performance, sharing, or reuploading is prohibited without a separate licence.

We are not liable for download issues caused by your device, network, or third-party services. Where a file is genuinely defective, we will replace it.

All content on the Platform, including text, audio, video, graphics, logos, course material, recordings, and software, is owned by Mabongi+ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Platform content for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our prior written consent.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully. You may not use the Platform to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person; share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorised access; or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use.

Our community spaces exist to encourage growth, worship, and meaningful connection. Treat every member with kindness, dignity, and respect.

Prohibited conduct includes hate speech, harassment, discrimination, spam, solicitation, doctrinal disputes intended to divide, and the sharing of private content without consent.

We may, at our discretion, remove content, warn, suspend, or permanently remove any user who breaches these guidelines.

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time. Where applicable, prices include taxes; otherwise applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. We do not store full card details on our servers. By submitting a payment you authorise the provider to charge the selected payment method.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access until the outstanding amount is settled.

Digital products and downloaded materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Course and membership refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been consumed. Coaching package refunds are calculated pro rata based on sessions delivered.

Physical merchandise may be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Booking requests for events, conferences, and ministry engagements are processed in the order received and are subject to availability and confirmation.

A confirmed booking is created only after a written confirmation and (where applicable) a signed agreement and deposit. Until then, dates are held provisionally.

Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by the booking agreement signed for the specific engagement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to the Platform or its users, or as required by law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. On termination, your right to access Platform content ceases immediately; certain provisions of these Terms (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mabongi+ and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
